• Flexible changeover days to take advantage of low cost airlines availability

• Rates include all gas, electric, central heating, linen and towels. As this is our own holiday home everything you could need is already there, the bathroom has shower gel, shampoo etc and the kitchen is fully equipped complete with pasta, pasta sauce and a bottle of wine so you can start your holiday straightaway!

• For stays of less than 7 nights, please contact us.

• For stays over 7/14 nights, the price is pro rata to the weekly rate.

Conditions

• 20% deposit payable upon booking, balance due 8 weeks before your holiday along with £75.00 for breakages which will be returned to you on receipt of keys.
