• The cost is per week and for the whole of Casa Rosa and not per person.

• Flexible changeover days to take advantage of low cost airlines availability.

• Rates include all gas, electric, full gas central heating, bed linen, towels and tea towels. Casa Rosa will be clean for your arrival and all included in the price. As this is our own holiday home everything you could need is already there, all we ask is that you replace what you use ready for the next guests or even us! The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo etc and the kitchen is fully equipped complete with pasta, pasta sauce and a bottle of wine so you can start your holiday straightaway!

• For stays of less than 7 nights, please contact us.

• For stays over 7/14 nights, the price is pro rata to the weekly rate.

Conditions

• 20% deposit payable upon booking, balance due 8 weeks before your holiday together with £75.00 security deposit which will be returned to you on receipt of keys.

• Payment either by Cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit Card, Debit Card via PayPal.
