A lovely completely detached, two bedroomed villa, it is nestled in the middle of Bugnara, a medieval village surrounded by beautiful Abruzzan countryside, yet only five minutes from the ancient city of Sulmona.

From its roof terrace Casa Rosa enjoys panoramic views of Bugnara and surrounding countryside and provides an excellent base for exploring the local area.

Sleeping four people comfortably, the house has been fully renovated and has a large 'Sun trap' roof terrace offering great views across the village to the mountains as well as a courtyard, further patio and cottage garden. Suitable for walking, skiing, exploring the beaches of the Adriatic, medieval villages, Sulmona or just lazing around.
